Jo's upbeat attitude and enthusiasm for every event she works on is awesome, and this feeling is infectious driving the team and customer to realise prestigious and successful events.
Jo has proven organisation and communication skills in planning and managing events of up to 2000 delegates and is a true asset on site with her forward thinking, anticipation and agile nature that is required for any situation that arises. As well as Jo's core team she has built a wide network of quality reliable freelancers and suppliers to achieve her goal of providing a personal integrated service with the backing of a large team.

Iain has over 15 years experience in Realtime Software Design and Development; Project/Agile Management; Mobile and Cloud Services and is inspired by technology innovations. With this extensive background in technology and innovation Iain has changed, and continues to change, the way we work improving aspects of the business, reducing time and improving efficiency, bringing a different view into the event management industry.
After spending the last 5 and a half years working as an Events Manager within the Financial Services industry, Sophie felt it was time for a change and to head back to the events agency way of life. The opportunity arose to work for Clockwork Conferences and having previously collaborated on numerous events with Jo and Iain it was an easy decision! Sophie's expertise includes a keen eye for detail; a logical approach when tackling multiple events; a “can-do” attitude and a winning smile even when under pressure! Sophie is very passionate about events, and is hoping that her skillset will help Clockwork Conferences to grow and understand their clients’ needs even further - whilst still retaining the bespoke agency feel which is the reason why clients trust Clockwork Conferences with their events.
